It is quite literally true to say that I-MENA is a great
success story in creating culture of understanding and tolerance and in
building bridges between scholars in the east and west. Until August of 2011,
the I-MENA was just an idea. During the course of development, I-MENA grew in
complexity.
The I-MENA is headquartered in the United States of America
to fill the gap of knowledge and understanding of the Middle Eastern and North
African Region. Membership in the Foundation is open to everyone who’s
interested in understanding MENA region. We highly encourage students of
Arabic, MENA studies to consider the discounted membership in I-MENA.
